floors in new and existing homes. The owners of Superior Hardwood
Floors will come to your site to help you decide everything you need
from type of wood to stain color. Stains can be custom-matched to
create the perfect color. For a quicker installation, you can also
choose prefinished flooring. We would be happy to discuss all of the
available options when we come to your site for an estimate. When
you decide to get started, we just need your verbal approval to start
installing your beautiful new floor.

Refinishing of Existing Hardwood
Floors

A quality hardwood floor can last
for the life of your home. When the floor starts to appear worn, we
can either completely refinish it or simply recoat it. If the finish
has not yet worn through to the wood, recoating may be possible. In
cases where a complete refinish is required, we will sand all of the
existing finish off of the floor and apply new stain and finish. Stains
can be custom-matched to create the perfect color. We would be happy
to discuss stain colors and other options when we come to your site
for an estimate. When you decide to get started, we just need your
verbal approval to start installing your beautiful new floor.

Repairing of Existing Hardwood

Sometimes, due to remodeling, water
damage and a variety of other reasons, a hardwood floor will need
to be repaired. We can usually repair your floor so that the repaired
area blends with the rest of your hardwood floor. Depending on the
extent of the repair, we may also need to refinish an area of the
existing floor so that it will blend in with the repaired area.

An increasingly popular hardwood flooring
option involves the use of prefinished hardwood. These floors are
finished in the factory instead of being finished in your home. Installation
is faster and much cleaner since the wood is not sanded in your home.
